Negativity Kills

There is a lot of bad news out there, and I am not saying you should ignore it. However I think you should always find the positive.  Each day is a gift.  My spirit is renewed, my health is improving, each day is brand new and full of promise.  Cease the day, and make the best of it.  Yes there is terrible flooding, yes the economy is shaky, yes the government is getting to big.  But remeber the promise of a new day, today is the day to be your best, do your best, and help the rest.  God bless.

    I agree with you, this is why I avoid eating lunch at work. People can get too negative some times. Sometimes it is better to go outside, and get some fresh air, and some fresh perspective.
